Pedro Campos is a Spanish hyperrealist painter from Madrid. He recreates incredibly realistic still life shots with oils that, if you dont look carefully, seem like photographs. What I love about his compositions is that they are simple pictures from normal domestic life, such as cans, and fruit in bags, like when you just get back from shopping. He actually didn’t begin oil painting until the age of 30. Well, that is really inspiring, don´t you think?
